Rooms & Booking
Seasonal variations in prices may apply at our B&B. We also offer last minute discounts so please phone or email our Loch Ness guest house. All prices are per room, per night based on 2 persons sharing a room and are inclusive of VAT at 20% and a continental breakfast.
Check in: Your room will be ready for you to check in between 3pm (1500) and 7pm (1900). Please advise us prior to your arrival if you wish to arrive outside of these times.
The Craigdarroch Inn is a small, family run property so we can not guarantee check in after 11pm. Please phone ahead to make arrangements should you be running late. The inn is open from 2pm to 11pm every day so, should you arrive early, you are most welcome to use the bar and lounge before and after your stay.
(Our B&B reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival).
Check out: By 10am (1000). On occasion, later check outs can be arranged beforehand if required (a late check out fee of £25 applies).
A valid credit or debit card will guarantee a reservation.
A reservation constitutes a contract between The Craigdarroch Inn and the guest.
In the event of reservation cancellation, a charge will be made if we are unable to re-let the cancelled accommodation to other clients.
Bookings cancelled 30-16 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 25% of the total accommodation booked. Cancellations 15-18 days prior, will be charged 50%. Cancellations of 7 days or less are charged at 100%.
Our Loch Ness guest house is dog friendly. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome in some rooms but only with prior arrangement. Please phone and check beforehand. Also, please keep dogs on a lead when walking through the main reception area, car park, pub and grounds. Dogs are allowed in the public bar but please keep them on a lead.
We kindly ask that they are not left unattended in the bedroom and stay off the beds and seats. We would suggest they sleep in your car whilst you are having breakfast. Owners are expected to provide food and bedding, to exercise them outside of the hotel grounds and clean up after them. If you don't have poop scoop bags, please ask as we can give you these. Poop scoop bags can be deposited in the old oil drum brazier in the car park.
If your dog returns wet and dirty from a walk please clean and dry them down (we have old towels if required). There are some lovely walks in the immediate vicinity of The Craigdarroch Inn – please ask for details. It is advisable to keep your dog on a lead if there are sheep close by.
There is a small charge of £10 per dog per stay, to cover additional housekeeping. Dog owners will be expected to pay towards any destruction or soiling damage that may occur.
